We will contact you as soon as your sofa has been received by our shipping company to arrange a delivery date.
3. we deliver your order
We deliver your order to your living room on time. We will then assemble it for you. If you wish, we can also take your old sofa with us.
You can try out your new Livom sofa in your own home for 30 days to see the quality for yourself.
Our aim is for you to feel completely comfortable on your new sofa. If you realize within the first 30 days that it doesn't quite suit you after all, we offer you an uncomplicated return option.

The sofa is modular. This means you can arrange and rearrange all the parts as you wish and create a completely new feel-good landscape. Whether you're moving or remodeling, your sofa sets no limits!
Holds together bombproof
The individual sofa elements do not slip at all thanks to a super robust Velcro strip. The Velcro strips are easily attached between the seat cushion and the sofa element and remain there until you want to move your sofa.
No more fear of stains
Simply remove the cover of the respective element and pop it in the washing machine. That's it, the cover looks like new! If required, you can also order new covers in other colors or fabrics.

Passt perfekt, super Service
Splendide. Facile de choisir le modèle sur le site avec le comparateur. Nous avons choisi le modèle Katrina. Nous avons demandé des échantillons de tissu et de couleur. Envoi très rapide.
Hors de question de commander sans essayer. Départ pour le showroom de Zürich depuis Lausanne. Il faut réserver un rendez-vous. Accueil très sympathique et excellents conseils.
Nous avons donc validé notre commande. Délai de livraison raisonnable, normal comme dans n'importe quel magasin. Livraison dans les délais, soignée, montage parfaitement bien exécuté. Une expérience qui donne entière satisfaction. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Der Bestellprozess war einfach und wir haben geschätzt, dass man im Vorfeld Stoffmuster zugeschickt bekommt.
Die Lieferung und der Aufbau durch Munz Montagen verlief ebenfalls super. Sie haben mich im Vorfeld telefonisch über die Ankunftszeit informiert. Kamen dann aber trotzdem ca. 30 Minuten später.
Durch die Modularität war das Sofa aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten bei uns im 3. Stockwerk aufgebaut.
Wir haben das bestellte Sofa korrekt erhalten (Farbe, Stoff, Füsse, Grösse).
Zur Qualität des Sofas können wir noch nichts sagen, da wir es erst seit wenigen Tagen haben. Die Sitzfläche ist im Vergleich zu unserem vorherigen Sofa etwas härter. Das finden wir gut. Kann aber sein, dass sich das nach einiger Zeit durch die Abnutzung noch verändert.
Auf jeden Fall sind wir bis jetzt sehr zufrieden und hoffen, dass das auch in Zukunft so bleibt. :)

Ich habe mich so gefreut endlich ein Sofa zu finden mit alle meine Erwartungen. So umstellen wie man möchte. Farbe ist wunderschön und wann ich es ändern möchte ist auch kein Problem. Einfach Bezug weg und eine neue Farbe kaufen.

Our Velcro fasteners are bombproof! The elements are joined together on the underside with the robust Velcro strips. The Velcro fasteners can be removed again in one easy step if the sofa needs to be repositioned. Then simply "stick them back on" and you're done!
Personalized sofas cannot be returned. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website or has been configured using the configurator. Examples include different colors, different sizes or individual combinations.
