As soon as we receive your order, we do a happy dance. Then we get started and prepare the delivery.
2. a delivery date is agreed
We will contact you as soon as your sofa has been received by our shipping company to arrange a delivery date.
3. we deliver your order
We deliver your order to your living room on time. We will then assemble it for you. If you wish, we can also take your old sofa with us.
You can try out your new Livom sofa in your own home for 30 days to see the quality for yourself.
Our aim is for you to feel completely comfortable on your new sofa. If you realize within the first 30 days that it doesn't quite suit you after all, we offer you an uncomplicated return option.

The sofa is modular. This means you can arrange and rearrange all the parts as you wish and create a completely new feel-good landscape. Whether you're moving or rebuilding, your sofa sets no limits!
Holds together bombproof
The individual sofa elements do not slip at all thanks to a super robust Velcro strip. The Velcro strips are easily attached between the seat cushion and the sofa element and remain there until you want to move your sofa.
No more fear of stains
Simply remove the cover of the respective element and pop it in the washing machine. That's it, the cover looks like new! If required, you can also order new covers in other colors or fabrics.

Die Termine wurden genau eingehalten. Das Sofa May entspricht genau das, was ich mir vorgestellt habe.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Sofa. Der Stoff ist sehr wertig und fühlt sich gut an. Die Federung des Sofas ist fest und entspricht unseren Erwartungen. Die modulare Funktion ist wirklich super und macht es total flexibel, für jede Gelegenheit passend. Die Füsse könnten etwas hochwertiger sein und für das Aufstellen auf glatten Böden wären Anti Rutsch Füsse praktischer. Einzig die Lieferung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Hier war die Kommunikation mit der Spedition schlecht und die Lieferung von der Spedition zu uns hat über 3 Wochen gedauert. Dies hat ausschließlich mit der Spedition und nichts mit dem Service von Livom zu tun. Wir würden wieder bestellen :)
Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat alles geklappt. Eine Anfrage beim Kundendienst wurde prompt, sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert bearbeitet. Das Sofa ist genau so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben, einfach perfekt. Das Sofa ist einwandfrei verarbeitet und einfach ein Hingucker. Die ganze Familie ist Happy. Das Sofa war jeden Franken wert! Bei Livom darf ohne Bedenken eingekauft werden!
Mein Mia ist in jeder Art und Weise perfekt! Und auch der ganze Bestell- und Lieferprozess hat wunderbar geklappt, vielen Dank!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Zum Glück haben wir uns noch entschieden, im Vorfeld den Showroom in Zürich zu besuchen. Hatte vorgängig die Stoffmuster bestellt, konnte mir aber dann doch nicht vorstellen, wie das in „Gross“ dann sein wird.
Wir wollten erst Katharina aber Tamara passt echt besser bei uns. Die Lieferung war auch super. Können uns wirklich nicht beschweren 👍
Tolles Sofa!!! Wir sind mega happy und versuchen mittlerweile sogar unsere Feunde und Verwandten davon zu überzeugen. Die Schlaffunktion haben wir noch nicht genutzt, wird aber sicherlich bald eintreffen.
Das grün sieht MEGA aus (Farbe kann nicht abfotografiert werden in der Originalfarbe) und kann man super toll kombinieren!

Das Sofa ist farblich ein Traum und zudem noch sehr bequem und super flexibel. Lediglich die Klettverbinder bedürfen etwas Übung, dass es auch länger fest hält. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
Ich habe nachträglich noch ein Sofakissen und zwei Rücklehnen zu unserem Sofa May bestellt. Meine Nachbestellung wurde unkompliziert und schnell erledigt.

On this product page there is certainly a switch at the top "Dimensions & instructions". There you will find the dimensions and further details about your sofa.
Our Velcro fasteners are bombproof! The elements are joined together on the underside with the robust Velcro strips. The Velcro fasteners can be removed again in one easy step if the sofa needs to be repositioned. Then simply "stick them back on" and you're done!
Personalized sofas cannot be returned. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website or has been configured using the configurator. Examples include different colors, different sizes or individual combinations.
