Payment methods

Prepayment

In case of prepayment you will receive the payment information by e-mail. You can pay this amount either by e-banking or at the post office counter. If you pay at the post office counter, it takes a little longer until we receive your payment and until your order can be released.

Purchase on account

With purchase on account you will receive the invoice only 8 weeks after the order. The invoice comes directly by e-mail from our service partner Powerpay.

In the following month, any outstanding amounts from individual invoices already received will be summarized and sent in the form of a monthly invoice by mail with payment slip. An administration fee of CHF 2.90 will be charged to your account.

Installment purchase

When buying by installment, you also select the payment method purchase on account during the ordering process.

After 8 weeks you will receive the invoice by email from our service partner Powerpay. To trigger an installment payment, at least 10% of the total amount must be paid, then a monthly invoice will be automatically sent by mail around the middle of the following month. Here you have the possibility to pay the invoice in installments.

In the following month, any outstanding amounts from individual invoices already received will be summarized and sent in the form of a monthly invoice by mail with payment slip. An administration fee of CHF 2.90 will be charged to your account. With the monthly invoice there is also the option of a partial payment (at least 10 % of the open total amount).

The payment deadline is always indicated on the invoice. Monthly invoices are always payable by the end of the month.

Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)

Credit card is a convenient, fast and secure payment method. Your order is triggered immediately after the approval of the card provider with us. Additional security for credit card payments is provided by MasterCard Secure Code TM and Verified by Visa with the entry of your personal password. We accept all major credit cards.

TWINT

Pay quickly, easily and cashlessly with TWINT. You can either connect the TWINT app directly to your bank account or deposit a credit card or load credit onto the app to pay easily with your (Android or iOS) smartphone.
