Delivery

The delivery of your sofas is free of charge if an access for a 3.5 t vehicle can be guaranteed without additional effort and costs. The delivery takes place with a 2-man handling directly into your living room.

Delivery conditions

  • Special requirements for delivery must be communicated in advance, otherwise delivery delays or additional costs may occur.
  • The delivery is possible up to the 5th floor without a elevator. From the 6th floor, delivery only takes place to the curb.
  • The maximum carrying distance is 150 meters. If the transport route continues, this must be clarified in advance.
  • If these conditions are not met, there may be restrictions on delivery or additional costs may occur.
  • Since we always work with our motto of sustainability, we cannot take into account your desired appointments, but try to include this in our route planning.

Delivery & control of the goods

  • Please check the goods directly for completeness and possible damage when delivered.
  • Defects or transport damage must be documented immediately during the delivery and reported to our customer service within 24 hours.

Not present at the delivery date

  • If you are not on site at the agreed delivery date, the goods can be handed over to a neighbor with a written power of attorney. Otherwise, a new delivery is required, which is associated with additional costs.
  • If the delivery date, which has been agreed with the freight forwarder, is not perceived or not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the activities of CHF 250.- are due. A new delivery date will only be agreed after comparing these costs.

Address changes

An address change after the delivery date is no longer possible. Please check your information carefully before completing the order.

Shipping costs

  • We send free of charge from CHF 500.-
  • Below we calculate CHF 10.- for shipping.

Delivery delay

We would like to point out that in certain cases, delivery delays can occur in certain cases. In such situations, no compensation or claims for damages can be asserted. We strive to handle the deliveries as smoothly as possible and will inform you as early as possible in the event of delays.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a legal right of withdrawal. Every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose is consumers who cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to revoke this contract for the Sofas product group within thirty days without giving reasons. By the way, according to Swiss law, there is no right of return for all products.

Personalized sofas and replacement references are excluded from a return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard variant on the Livom website. Different colors, changed sizes or any individual compilations in the configurator are considered an example.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must (livom möbel ag, ch@livom.com) Inform a written notification via (e.g. email) about your decision to cancel this contract. If you make use of this option, we will immediately provide you with confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all the payments we have received from you. The repayment takes place as soon as the product has arrived in our warehouse and checked for possible damage.

For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with them; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment ..

You can arrange the return of the goods yourself or, if desired, for the product group Sofas by thelivom möbel ag have the actual pick -up costs of the freight forwarder, but a maximum of CHF 300. Please inform customer service at ch@livom.com, If you wish the collection by us.

Products that are delivered by parcel mail must be returned or handed over to the customer immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which they inform us of the revocation of this contract.

You have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of damaged returns from the reimbursement value.

Return right category outlet & demonstration models

Unfortunately, we cannot grant a right of return on the demonstration models and outlet products (B-goods).

Intermediate storage of your sofas

From the order date to delivery we can maximum 12 weeks store. After that, delivery must take place. If the sofa cannot be accepted in the period mentioned, the effective storage costs will be used for the further period (approx. CHF 75 .-/ week) offset.
