Free delivery for furniture
Delivery & assembly of your sofa is free of charge throughout Switzerland, provided that access can be guaranteed without additional effort and costs.
Since we always work with our motto of sustainability, we can not consider desired dates, but try to include this in our route planning. If the first date proposal does not go, we reserve the right (due to the route planning), that a next date 2-3 weeks later may arise (thereby the delivery time may be exceeded).
If the delivery date agreed with the forwarding agent is not observed and/or not cancelled 24 hours in advance, handling charges of CHF 250 will be due. A new delivery date will only be agreed after payment of the handling charges.
For outdoor products, delivery to the curb is included, but without assembly.
Shipping costs up to CHF 500
From 500.- we ship free of charge throughout Switzerland. Below that we charge 10.- for shipping by mail.
30 days return policy
The livom furniture ltd. grants the customer the right to return a sofa within 30 days.
The period for this right of return begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. The timely dispatch of the goods shall be sufficient for the observance of the time limit.
The return of the goods is at the expense and risk of the customer, whereby the goods must be carefully packed for the return transport, complete and undamaged.
If the collection is booked through livom möbel ag, the customer will be charged the costs in the amount of 100.
Personalized furniture is excluded from return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it differs from the standard variant on Livom's website. Examples are different colors, changed sizes or individual compositions in the configurator.
Temporary storage of your sofa
We ask for your understanding that we can accept orders a maximum of 3 months before the desired delivery date. A longer interim storage is unfortunately not possible.
