30 days return policy on sofas

The livom furniture ltd. grants the customer the right to return a sofa within 30 days.

The period for this right of return begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. The timely dispatch of the goods shall be sufficient for the observance of the time limit.

The return of the goods is at the expense and risk of the customer, whereby the goods must be carefully packed for the return transport, complete and undamaged.

If the collection is booked through livom möbel ag, the customer will be charged the costs in the amount of 100.

Personalized furniture as well as coffee tables, rugs, replacement covers, chairs, decorative pillows and blankets are excluded from return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it differs from the standard variant on Livom's website. Examples are different colors, changed sizes or individual compositions in the configurator.
