Livom was founded in October 2020 by Tamara, Marco & Sandro. What began as a small startup quickly grew into an international startup specializing in sustainable furniture.

Our sofas are produced in Europe by our manufacturers who specialize in sofas.

The sofas are sustainable for many reasons. Because they are modular, they can be used completely flexibly. The sofas can be extended or reduced in size as required. If individual elements break, you can simply replace them without having to replace the whole sofa. The covers are removable and washable. This means that individual covers can be replaced if necessary, or the entire sofa can be replaced with a new one. Color by buying only the fabric covers for the whole sofa. 

It's also good for the environment. The sofa is only produced when it is ordered. In other words, there is no mass production and production takes place using solar energy. Our sofas are also made in Europe, so we can keep transportation routes short. In addition, two trees are planted for each order with the help of the OneTreePlanted organization. 

We only use FSC-certified wood and our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. You can therefore be sure that no banned substances (carcinogenic dyes) or other unhealthy materials are used.

Depending on use, the lifespan is between 7-15 years. However, as all elements can be replaced again and again, it will accompany you for a lifetime 😉

It depends on what kind of stain it is. For small stains, you can easily remove the stain with a damp cloth, a little washing-up liquid and circular movements. Otherwise, simply place the individual cover with the stain in the washing machine and put it back on freshly washed.

We recommend washing the covers at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle.

All fabrics are suitable for pets. The hair can be easily removed with a lint roller or a damp cloth. In addition, the fabrics are so tightly woven that cat claws cannot easily claw out the inside. And if one or two spots do get scratched, you can simply replace a single cover and the sofa is as good as new again. What's more, all the fabrics are super practical because you can simply wash them if your cute furry friends stain them.

The elements are simply attached with Velcro fasteners. They hold together perfectly and even children jumping around won't cause the elements to slide apart. 😉

1. remove the covers from the sofa (and sort them by color if necessary)
2. fold back the Velcro strips so that they do not get caught anywhere
3. turn the cover inwards
4. place the cover in the drum
5. add detergent*
6. select gentle program 30 °C, adjust spin speed to minimum, start and wait...
7. shake out the covers and ideally hang them up to dry in the fresh air
8. do not iron - reupholster the sofa straight away and enjoy

We recommend the following detergents:

- Powder detergent
- mild detergent
- Liquid detergent
- Washing strips

We advise against using fabric softener and bleach so that your cover does not lose quality.

To avoid marks and scratches on the floor, we recommend placing a protective felt on the legs. You can buy this at any DIY store. Over time and through use, the felt wears out and needs to be replaced.

Our sofas with wooden legs are already supplied with protective felt.

Unfortunately not, as we need them in the showroom for our customers. However, you can order fabric samples to take home free of charge on our website.

Sure, you can reorder individual covers or replace the whole sofa with a new one. Color refresh.

Velare is the more robust fabric. The fabric is often used in the hotel and catering industry as it is extremely abrasion-resistant. 

Mollia, on the other hand, is a softer fabric and has diagonal structures and a slight sheen. Thus the Color on the sofa, giving it a very elegant appearance. 

Cotton is 100% natural, but the Cotton. This means that it creases and even after washing, the Color fade over time or the material may warp.

Velcro strips are always supplied. However, if you need more, you can reorder them from us at any time free of charge.

You can have any sofa in the color of your choice at no extra charge. Simply write this in the order note and the sofa will be produced in that color. Please note, however, that personalized sofas cannot be returned.

All sofa dimensions can be found on our homepage under the respective sofa under specifications. You will also find instructions on how to rearrange the sofas.

If the sofa is too small, you can extend it with any element you like. Even if you want to order additional elements, you can simply send us an e-mail with the desired elements and which fabric and upholstery you would like. Color you would like to have. We will then create a personal order link for you so that you can order your sofa online.

Due to summer operation, the delivery time is between 6-10 weeks, depending on the product. You will receive a call from our forwarding agent approximately one week before delivery. If the date does not suit you, you can simply arrange a new date with him. However, this date may be 2-3 weeks later.

For the sake of the environment, it is not possible to specify a preferred date, but we always try to take this into account as much as possible.

The delivery costs and assembly are completely free of charge. Please note, however, that the road must be passable.

If you would like to have your old sofa disposed of, you can simply book this in the ordering process for an additional charge of CHF 150.00. "

We can store the sofa for a maximum of 12 months from the order date until delivery. In order to store the sofa accordingly, a note in the order note is mandatory.

Without a corresponding note, we can store the sofa for a maximum of 12 weeks from the order date until delivery. After that we must deliver it.

The warranty is 2 years.
