We would particularly like to emphasize the great service: communication was always fast, friendly and uncomplicated. We can recommend Livom without reservation and would order again at any time!

Perfect!

Our Harvey sofa was delivered within 4 weeks of the order date. 👍
The delivery and installation service from Hermes was well organized and the sofa arrived exactly according to our own configuration and
our own configuration and ideas. The packaging was taken away again. After trying it out for a while, we are still very pleased with the perfect sofa.

Thank you for your great feedback - we are delighted to hear it! 🙌
It was great that your Harvey sofa arrived so quickly and that everything went so smoothly with Hermes. And even better that you are still so impressed with the sofa after trying it out ️

That's exactly how it should be - we hope you continue to enjoy your new favorite place!

Best decision

We made a long comparison in advance and decided on this couch after trying it out in the showroom in Berlin. After a relatively short delivery time, it was assembled by the friendly Hermes staff. The whole family loves this sofa as it is incredibly comfortable. We like the fabric even better in real life than in the sample and it is also pleasantly soft.
We hope that the sofa will still look as nice in a few years' time and won't be too sensitive to dirt.
We can recommend Livom with a clear conscience.

Wow - thank you for your great feedback! We are delighted that you chose one of our sofas after trying it out in Berlin and that you are so happy with it 🙌️
It's great to hear that you like the fabric even better in real life and that the whole family loves the sofa!

We're keeping our fingers crossed that you'll still enjoy it just as much in years to come - that's exactly what it's made for
Thank you also for your recommendation - that means a lot to us!

Super confortable, très beau mais électrique

Le canapé is magnifique et très confortable avec ses coussins. Unfortunately, it is charged with static electricity and you have to recharge it every time you sit down. Also it lacks a coussin which has never been delivered to me despite a complaint from the service client

Thank you for your message and your kindness 😊
