We have been looking for a modular sofa for a long time because we have had very good experiences with them. At Livom we found exactly that - model Louis. It is superbly made and very comfortable. It is so variable that even 2 guests have enough space to sleep. The configuration via chat worked better than I thought it would. I would always recommend Livom. VG Britta

Very nice sofa with a small shortcoming

The sofa is great, no question about it. The modular system and the removable and washable covers definitely won us over. Each element has four legs, so the sofa can be pushed together again and again and take on different shapes, sometimes as a bed, sometimes as a long row, sometimes around a corner, sometimes free-standing, sometimes joined together. But beware: Livom offers models that can be joined together with cocodile connectors. Our model only had simple metal clips with Velcro fasteners. These are completely unsuitable for everyday family life. The elements move against each other if you don't sit on them very carefully. One Velcro strip has already torn. This is less of a problem with units that are completely against the wall. And don't despair at the configurator on the Internet, it's best to visit a Livom store. The colleagues there are very familiar with the configurator, will put the sofa together for you and send you the link to the configuration. This allows you to look at everything again at home and then order directly online.

Everything went well.
At first it was a bit irritating that nothing happened for quite a long time after the order was confirmed, but then a request for prompt delivery arrived. The suppliers/assemblers are also nice and professional and ordering additional Velcro connections works without any problems.

Reordering: quick and easy

Everything was great, easy ordering, reasonably fast delivery with a parcel service. I would have liked to have been informed in advance before the delivery was sent. We were given a delivery date and were not at home at the time. A redirection to a parcel store was not possible, so we had to scramble a bit. Nevertheless, we are very satisfied.
