What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are exclusively stated on the respective product pages. Please note the information provided there, as it is non-binding and may vary. You will receive a call from our carrier approximately one week before delivery. If the date doesn't suit you, you can simply arrange a new one with them. However, this new appointment might be 2-3 weeks later.
At what temperature are the covers washed?
We recommend washing the covers at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle.
How are the sofa elements attached?
The elements are simply connected with alligator clips. These hold together perfectly, even children jumping around won't cause the elements to slide apart.
Can I reorder individual covers?
Of course, you can reorder individual covers or refresh the whole sofa with a new color.
