We deliver your order to your living room on time. We will then assemble it for you. If you wish, we can also take your old sofa with us.
You can try out your new Livom sofa in your own home for 30 days to see the quality for yourself.
Our aim is for you to feel completely comfortable on your new sofa. If you realize within the first 30 days that it doesn't quite suit you after all, we offer you an uncomplicated return option.

The sofa is modular. This means you can arrange and rearrange all the parts as you wish and create a completely new feel-good landscape. Whether you're moving or remodeling, your sofa sets no limits!
Holds together bombproof
The individual sofa elements do not slip at all thanks to a super robust Velcro strip. The Velcro strips are easily attached between the seat cushion and the sofa element and remain there until you want to move your sofa.
No more fear of stains
Simply remove the cover of the respective element and pop it in the washing machine. That's it, the cover looks like new! If required, you can also order new covers in other colors or fabrics.

Nachdem wir uns die Varianten und Stoffe im showroom Frankfurt angeschaut hatten, kam unsere Bestellung zwar erst nach elf, anstatt sechs bis acht Wochen, aber wurde zuverlässig nach telefonischer Absprache geliefert und auch gleich aufgebaut. Die einzelnen Elemente und Polster lassen sich einfach umgestalten und den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen anpassen. Auf unserem glatten Boden müssen die Elemente dann mit den Klettstreifen fixiert werden, damit nichts verrutscht.
Leider sind die mitgelieferten Klettstreifen alle nicht gut zusammengenäht und gehen auseinander. Das sollte bei der ansonsten guten Qualität und dem hohen Preis nicht sein. Das ist aber schon die einzige „Kritik“, die wir anbringen wollen, ansonsten freuen wir uns sehr über unser neues Sofa und verbringen hier gerne eine gemütliche Zeit. Vielen Dank!!

Das zweifarbige Sofa Donna passt hervorragend in unsere Wohnung und ist super bequem. Die Beratung in Amriswil war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Das i-Tüpfchen für mich sind die zwei verschiedenen Farben: Nova Umbra und Nova Forest.

Schönes und bequemes Sofa. Super Beratung in der Ausstellung in Zürich. Der gewünschte Liefertermin konnte leider nicht eingehalten werden (obwohl Monate vorher bestellt und auch bezahlt). Die Speditionsfirma war da wenig flexibel. Der dazu bestellte Tisch kam in einer separaten Lieferung von Deutschland - mangelhaft verpackt und darum beschädigt (wurde aber anstandslos ersetzt). Die zum Sofa gehörigen Kissen sind durch den Transport gequetscht und lassen sich nun nicht mehr vollständig in Form bringen.

- Das Sofa ist super und entspricht genau dem was wir gesucht haben
- Beratung im Showraum in Zürich sehr kompetent und freundlich. Auf unsere Fragen wurde eingegangen.
- Lieferung Sofa verlief mehr oder weniger gut. Die Männer welche das Sofa vorbeigebracht haben waren super freundlich und haben das neue Sofe in ca.30 Minuten aufgestellt und das Alte mitgenommen. Die Disponentin oder Büro-Dame vom Zügelunternehmen welches das Sofa geliefert hat kann sich noch stark verbessern. Sie ist unfreundlich, frech und die Art und Weise wie man mit den Kunden umgeht ist inakzeptabel. Ich würde mir die Zusammenarbeit stark überdenken.

Our Velcro fasteners are bombproof! The elements are joined together on the underside with the robust Velcro strips. The Velcro fasteners can be removed again in one easy step if the sofa needs to be repositioned. Then simply "stick them back on" and you're done!
Personalized sofas cannot be returned. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website or has been configured using the configurator. Examples include different colors, different sizes or individual combinations.
