As soon as your order is received, we make a joy dance. Then we start and prepare the delivery.
2. A delivery date is coordinated
We will report to our freight forwarder as soon as your sofa has been received to make a delivery date with you.
3. We deliver your order
We deliver your order to you in time to the living room. Then we assemble it for you. On request, we also take your old sofa with you.
You can test your new Livom sofa for 30 days at your home to be convinced of the quality in peace.
Our goal is that you feel completely comfortable on your new sofa. If you find out within the first 30 days that it does not quite suit you, we offer you an uncomplicated return option.

The sofa is modular. This means you can arrange and rearrange all the parts as you wish and create a completely new feel-good landscape. Whether you're moving or rebuilding, your sofa sets no limits!
Holds together bombproof
The individual sofa elements do not slip at all thanks to a super robust Velcro strip. The Velcro strips are easily attached between the seat cushion and the sofa element and remain there until you want to move your sofa.
No more fear of stains
Simply remove the cover of the respective element and pop it in the washing machine. That's it, the cover looks like new! If required, you can also order new covers in other colors or fabrics.

Die Beratung im Showroom war sehr gut. Leider waren wir an einem Tag da wo sehr viel los war und die Zeit reichte nicht so gut um alles zu besprechen.
Die Anlieferung war tiptop und das Sofa sehr schnell aufgebaut.
Leider erfuhren wir erst einen Tag vor der Lieferung von dem Termin, da es einen Zahlendreher in der Handynummer hatte, somit war dann alles etwas stressig.
Das Sofa ist sehr bequem und schön und genau nach unseren Massen. Leider merkten wir aber erst live, dass es für unsere 4-Köpfige-Familie etwas klein ist… wir werden wohl nochmals ein Element dazubestellen und dann richtig happy sein😉
Wir sind aber sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und mögen unser neues Sofa sehr.

You can easily have a fabric pattern of your favorite colors and fabrics sent to your home. Here it goes to your fabric pattern.
There is a switch on this product page further upstairs "Dimensions & instructions". There you will find the dimensions and further details about your sofa.
Our Velcro fasteners keep bombproof! The elements are connected to each other on the underside with the robust climbing strips. With one handle, the Velcro fasteners can be removed again if the sofa is to be repositioned. Then simply "climb" again and you're done!
Personalized sofas are excluded from a return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard variant on the Livom website or was configured with the configurator. Different colors, changed sizes or individual compilations are considered example.
