We deliver your order to your living room on time. We will then assemble it for you. If you wish, we can also take your old sofa with us.
You can try out your new Livom sofa in your own home for 30 days to see the quality for yourself.
Our aim is for you to feel completely comfortable on your new sofa. If you realize within the first 30 days that it doesn't quite suit you after all, we offer you an uncomplicated return option.

Faszinierend, die lange 2 Sterne Bewertung, die ich geschrieben habe wurde nie veröffentlicht.
Vielleicht war es ein Fehler, ein Foto der winzigen Öffnung hochzuladen. Ich versuche es dennoch erneut.
Die Öffnung ist zu klein, um den Stauraum zu nutzen.
So ein Hocker mit Stauraum ist eine super Idee, der Hocker sieht auch gut aus, ist bequem und passt auch perfekt zum zuvor gekauften Sofa. Aber: die Öffnung zum Stauraum-Fach ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, die Abdeckung sollte weiter zu öffnen sein. Größe Dinge passen so gar nicht rein, nach kleineren Dingen muss man blind, mit einer Hand tastend suchen, um sie wieder zu finden. Da der Stauraum für mich der Grund für den Kauf war, gibt's von mir dafür 2 Sterne Abzug!
Wir haben einen kleinen Hocker bestellt und sind mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden.

Our Velcro fasteners are bombproof! The elements are joined together on the underside with the robust Velcro strips. The Velcro fasteners can be removed again in one easy step if the sofa needs to be repositioned. Then simply "stick them back on" and you're done!
Personalized sofas cannot be returned. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website or has been configured using the configurator. Examples include different colors, different sizes or individual combinations.
